Reservations and Stays

Can I make a reservation for the same day?
Reservations can be made by phone or online until 8:00 PM on the day of stay.
As rooms may already be fully booked, please make sure to check same-day availability in advance by phone or online before making your reservation.
If the website shows no vacancy, does that mean I cannot stay?
Rooms may still become available due to same-day cancellations, so please feel free to contact us by phone.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please note that different times may apply to certain online accommodation plans.
For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and other major credit cards.
Some cards may not be accepted depending on the circumstances of the individual store, so please contact us for details.
Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your stay, the following cancellation fees will apply.

The percentages above indicate the penalty based on the basic accommodation charge.
If the number of contracted nights is shortened, a penalty equivalent to one day (the first day) will be charged regardless of the number of nights shortened.
Changes and cancellations can be made until 12:00 AM three days prior to the stay. After that time, please contact the hotel by phone.

Hotel Facilities

Is there a place to smoke inside the hotel?
The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
Ashtrays are available on the terrace outside the 2F lobby lounge.
Until what time can I use the lobby lounge (all-inclusive service)?
Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Morning: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Do the rooms have a bath and toilet?
Yes, every room is equipped with both a bath and a toilet.
Until what time can I use the bath?
The large bath and open-air bath are available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

Dining

I have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate them?
We are sorry, but we are unable to provide special meals for food allergies.
Buffet dishes are prepared in the same kitchen using shared utensils and equipment.
The plates and serving items used by guests are also shared, so we cannot completely prevent allergen contamination. Guests with food allergies are welcome to bring their own food, and we ask that you contact us when making your reservation.

Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Depending on the number of guests staying, dining hours may be adjusted and operated in two sittings.
Can I take buffet food back to my room?
We are sorry, but taking food out of the restaurant is not permitted in accordance with local health department guidance.
Do you offer banquet or group plans?
We regret that we do not offer banquet or group plans.
